YOU HAVE TO GIVE A BUMP IN THE CENTER WITH YOUR HAND/FIST TO OPEN (PICTURED). THERE IS ALSO A SCRATCH ON THE TOP CORNER AND THE POWER CORD IS A REPLACEMENT (ALL PICTURED). NOT ALL REGION.
