These speakers work and sound great. Just as good as my towers in my opinion. There is some scuffs and scratches. There is some small dents on the tweeters as shown. Has no affect on the sound, grills cover everything up. The foam near the tweeter fell off. Pretty common issue. These speakers are a black gloss. These are designed specifically to be used as rear speakers on a surround sound system. They dont produce a lot of bass, but they create a spaciousness that is incredible. Close your eyes and listen, and the music sounds like its inside your head. Theres one speaker on the rear, and one on each side, which creates the direct and reflecting sound stage. There is no picture of the side speakers because the covers on each side seem to be glued on. Search for listing 255613915032 to see a picture with the covers removed. The last picture here is from another listing to get the speaker data, so the serial numbers are different. Shipping may be a little high because these guys are surprisingly heavy.
