This was designed by Nelson Pass of Pass Labs and built by Ted Bennett of Threshold in Los Angeles CA. The amp was recapped two years ago and is working perfectly. My Uncle was the original owner and he had a pair of these running mono to a set of Klipschhorns for about 30 years. My Uncle is getting to old and doesnt hears as good as he used to so he asked if I could sell some of his system. He will not let go of the other amp. He paid $5000 for the pair of amps back in 2000. This is an amazing peace of audio history, design, and listening pleasure. You will never see another one of these amps up for sale again so get it while you can.
