This is an older version of the phono pre but works great. I had a Musical Surroundings Nova that battery power and although it was easier to change settings and function off the grid it really didnt sound any better to me. Musical Surroundings Phonomena Two phono preamp It is both MM / MC , and in very good condition. No scratches or dings. Sounds very good with a deep black background and excellent detail. I also have the Two Plus version and they sound the same to me on my system, the Two plus just looks nicer in my opinion. Most detailed phono pre I have owned to date.
