We consider these to be in fair condition for two reasons. The first issue is the front glass on both speakers. Both glasses don’t have the same design because one was replaced about two years ago. One glass is cracked toward the bottom right side and the other glass has some wear to the material behind the glass. The second issue is there were several scratches that have been tastefully touched up mostly on the tweeter/ midrange speakers. We know that the typical buyer of Meridian values cosmetics more than the average AV buyer and so we believe we have offered a reasonable price to reflect these cosmetic issues. Both speakers are a matching pair with corresponding serial numbers. These have been professionally inspected and guaranteed to work perfectly (free 30 day returns).
