McIntosh MC 2100 Stereo Power Amplifier Acquired from the original owner. This amp was the nucleus of a McIntosh system in the living room shelved wall unit of a luxury home. Thoroughly tested both left and right channels have strong output. Both level controls vary the volume as they should without static. The stereo/mono switch also performs its intended function. Sound quality is outstanding in all respects. Cosmetically excellent, the chrome still has its mirror finish, and the black surfaces are clean and uniform throughout. If you put on your Superman vision you might be able to find a few small marks here and there. This is by far the best example of a MC-2100 I have ever come across. Also, worth mentioning is that this amplifier is original, according to the original owner it has never been serviced. It was in the same spot from when purchased new, which explains its excellent condition. Although this amplifier Works 100% as described, due to age and a long period of non-use it is offered for restoration and sold as is.
