Here is a really nice pair of McIntosh C8 Preamps. I have not plugged them in & the original power cords will need to be replaced. This is always the case with this model. They are from 1958 & look to be all or mostly original. One has Telefunken tubes and the other has RCA. Also included are a pair of the rare original cords for connecting them to amps or power supplies. It is possible that they work as is if you brought them up slowly on a variac. However please assume that they will need to be rebuilt. Especially for safety! I was going to recap & use them but I have too many other projects at the moment. I am including all brand new high quality parts for restoration. I’m throwing them in as a bonus. I believe it’s every cap. What you see is what you get. I was very curious about the record compensator circuit. I’ve heard that it is amazing. My price is on the high side but it includes killer tubes, very rare original cables & expensive parts for restoration. Most people who sell these rob the original tubes. Lucky new owner to pay shipping. If it’s less that actual shipping cost then I’ll refund the difference. Please study pictures for condition. Sold untested and as is!
