Got this from a guy that sold Mcintosh equipment back in the day, I am not sure if this was resealed by the company or whatever but I am willing to open it before I ship. This is a McIntosh C35 System Control Center (pre amplifier) in very good+ condition. It functions perfectly with clean sound and no problems, a lot of features, a lot of versatility, many inputs, many outputs. Variable loudness control and a five band dial operated eq, HR37 McIntosh remote control included. This is coming out of my working living room system as can be seen in the last picture of this ad.All the function red lights work as they should but some of the lights for the back lit McIntosh logo need replacing. McIntosh’s MX-135 was their flagship processor in 2003. Its build like Mac producs are still built today, with excelent components designed with audiophiles in mind. While the video technology has gone to HDMI, the audio section is still excellent. This unit could be used for home theater using analog audio inputs or any of the 6 digital inputs.
