Up to sell a set of McIntosh preamp C-26 and an Amp MC-7100. C-26 was recap few years ago by Absolute Sound Laboratory in MN. It is working excellent no knob static noise and sound wonderful.The RCA connectors were replaced and ground improved (see pictures) This is the weak part of all c-26, the tin plate RCA fail after time not giving a good signal path. The sound before and after the replacement was noticeable. The glass had the normal bubbles for its age, but no light leaks. MC-7100 Excellent sound, was sent for a check about two years ago not founding any issue. Caps are not leaking and the unit still in great condition. two front bulb were replaced for Sylvania bulbs due its age. Both units sound beautifully, just selling because I moved to tubes and I am not using them anymore.Some literature available for the C-26. Local pickup only.
