All parts were inspected, serviced or replaced (specially the front glass) after it came back with a broken glass during shipping to a buyer. It works as it should and produces wonderful sound. Cosmetic Description: In excellent condition with a few minor scuffs. A portion of the word AMPLIFIER on the front glass is dim. Please see the pictures for details. Notes: A newly designed output transformer has been adopted to realize output regardless of load and output current capacity exceeding 85A at peak. The signal system uses a circuit based on MC2600 for balanced / unbalanced input, and is equipped with a 2.5 v and 1.4 v sensitivity selector switch. This amplifier has been tested and is in working order. However, the left meter sticks intermittently around the -30 DB mark. This looks to be a common issue on vintage McIntosh amplifiers. The glass shows some bubble spots near the top, bottom and behind the knobs. Includes the factory Mcintosh wood cabinet. Please see photos. All parts were inspected, serviced or replaced (specially the front glass) after it came back with a broken glass during shipping to a buyer. It works as it should and produces wonderful sound.
