I am selling my Magnepan LRS+ speakers in off white. They where purchased from The Music Room brand new about 3 months ago. My wife told me she does not like them in the living room and I need to change them out for a traditional wood speaker that matches the rest of our furniture and floors. Magnepan LRS+ Quasi-Ribbon Audiophile Speakers - Off-White You are bidding on an essentially new pair the latest version of Magnepans popular LRS speaker. The LRS+ further improves upon the original in sound quality. They present an openness to music that is unlike that of box speakers. They at their most optimal when positioned 2-3 feet away from rear and side walls, but can sound pretty great even if you are unable to do so. They are also light enough to easily move into optimal position for serious listening sessions and place near the walls for casual listening and for putting them away when not listening. Magnepan LRS+ excel at acoustic, jazz, and vocals. The bass has a texture to it that differentiates it from many boxed speakers.
