It could be working but have no way to test it so selling it for parts as dont know if it is working. As Is. Somebody ask does it power up and here is what I wrote back: I push power button and INITIALIZING is written in the display. Light by power, vcr1, standby and main are all orange. Then shortly after CHECKING DSP is written in display. Then shortly after display goes blank and red light beside standby is lit up and orange lite beside power is on. Great cosmetic condition and includes original box, packing, and a set of nice Madrigal RCA patch cords. I tested and found tracking to be excellent and will even play CDRs with no skipping issues. However, the tray belt needs replacing because the only way the tray will open or close is to help it by pulling to open, and pushing to close. Full disclosure; although the belt is easy to see, this will require some disassembly to replace. It looks like the tray will need to be removed. I took the top cover off to inspect, but did not attempt any repairs. The rest of the unit looks clean and all original. The picture of the bottom shows two white plastic transport screws that should be removed before using. Original double box and foam packing will be sufficient for safe travel.
