This beautiful LINN Karik III CD Player was tested for a week in my office system. It will play Redbook CDs, CD-Rs, and even the CD layer on Hybrid SACD. Everything works very well EXCEPT the CD tray will occasionally stick. A second press of the “open” button and/or a physical tap on the side of the case and it will open. Also, there is a faint “stain” located on top of the case near the left back corner. The stain can only be seen in bright light. The case and remote have been cleaned and the internal laser lens was gently cleaned using 99% Isopropyl alcohol on a cotton swab. In addition, the RCA outputs and AC input have been treated with Deoxit. See condition description, photos, and video for all the details. Sale includes original LINN remote and power cord.
