Included is all packing and boxes. The current version of the LE IV is now the LE VI which has minor improvements but with a price of $4995. So you can see that if this amp is in your budget, there is not a better choice out there than to grab this one! There is only one defect and that is a small mark on the fascia about an inch above the power switch. You can see the mark in the pictures.
