Reciever is in Excellent working condition. This has been tested and each channel checked and its working great. It Does Not come with a remote controll but you can purchase one on Ebay or Amazon for $8.99 -$14.99. They do have some for more but I find that the generic ones work with a larger variety of recievers with no issues. I will probably order one but as of right now its only the reciever for sale.
