Items returned in a damaged condition may be subject up to 50% reduction in the return. A great example of this would be buying a motherboard from us that has documented as tested and working, the pins of the board have been recorded as intact but when the motherboard is returned, the pins are damaged from buyer damage, such as dropping a CPU onto the pin area.
