This amp is extremely powerful and highly customizable— it will effortlessly drive any dynamic or planar magnetic headphones with an imperceptible noise floor. It is everything an audiophile needs to power endgame low-sensitivity headphones such as the Hifiman Susvara, Abyss 1266 TC, Focal Utopia, ZMF Caldera, etc. By default, the amp’s solid state mode offers an incredibly detailed, clean and neutral sound. The tube and tube+ modes add a degree of warmth and a holographic presentation to the soundstage. When tube mode is selected, the tubes give off a pleasant orange glow inside the amp. The analog bass boost feature is perfectly implemented, allowing you to greatly increase the low end punch without saturating the midrange. This feature, called XBass, has 3 different intensity settings. I frequently use this feature when hopping between genres. OVP, Zubehör und Rechnung vorhanden.Ich habe deutlich bessere Röhren verbaut, und zwar die Western Electric aus 1958 (2C51 396A). Wurden im Head-fi Marktplatz für 200 EUR gekauft und machen sich perfekt im Pro iCan. Die Originaltubes liegen aber auch mit bei. Anmerkung:- ich konnte bei ebay als Modell nur ifi micro iDSD Black Label angeben. Das ist natürlich nicht der Fall. This unit has only seen mild usage on my desktop and still maintains its Like New condition. If youre seeking an enthusiast level amplifier in a desktop package, the iCAN Signature is the Swiss Army knife of this category. It is a highly customizable device for the Audiophile who enjoys altering their listening experience based on preference and mood. This amp allows you to experience your headphones through 3 different amplification modes: Solid State, Tube, and Tube+. Solid State mode presents a highly detailed, clean and neutral-leaning sound with just a bit of added warmth. Switching to the Tube and Tube+ modes will add varying degrees of warmth and a holographic presentation to the soundstage. I enjoy using the solid state mode as my daily driver, while dipping into the tubes in the late hours after a drink. The Xbass Analog Bass Boost knob will drive the low end of your headphones to their extreme potential. My HD800 gives a completely upgraded listening experience with Xbass alone, making a classic but aged headphone easily compete with my newer high-end headphones. The 3D Stereo Width adjustment knob gives you the ability to adjust the soundstage to your preference; this feature is especially fun to use with older recordings and when listening to full albums cover to cover.
