Tested briefly with an iPod. It powers on and both channels work. There was a bit of static and pops when turning controls. Will at least need a good cleaning with De-Oxit and maybe more. Sold As-Is.

Very Rare Kit OptionHafler Preamplifier Model DH-101 with Model 102 (DH-102) Pre-Preamplifier This is an estate find,it appears that this kit was mostly put together but not completed?There is what looks like a transistor and a bolt taped to the front push buttons,I was not sure how complete this unit was, and thought it best to not plug it in for testing due to my lack of knowledge around a circuit. I will tell you the previous owner was very intelligent by looking at some of his hand written notes, he was a skilled pilot, very much an audiophile, telescope enthusiasts with an observatory built into his house, I would rest assured this kit was put together with procession. Included is what I can only guess was an optional rack mounted face plate, as I could not find another. I am not sure what is meant to be bolted to the far left side. Original paperwork included, including the instructions for assembly and operation. There is also a document for the Model 102 pre-preamplifier. And Schematics. See all photos for condition. I am listing as is as parts or repair just because I cannot guarantee how complete this build is and it is not tested. See my other auctions, have an unassembled Model DH-200 kit.

Because Im not sure of the functionality of the inputs and the unreliability of the power button Ive listed this For Parts/Not Working. There is normal surface wear with some scratches to the face plate and edge wear to the shell. The knobs turn smoothly.

Due to this fact Ill be selling for parts and repair only, doesnt mean it doesnt work, just untested. Let me give you some background.This was purchased at an estate sale along with tons of other equipment, tonsss. The person who passed clearly must have fixed these as a hobby or a living. I bought near an entire wall of similar equipment which will be listed in coming days. He had a repair room that was 10x15 long. I dont know if the was formerly repaired or not. So far - the equipment I have tested 8/9 have worked good. One didnt power on at all. Im at the point where, its just to much to continue testing. So Im selling As Is.
