It’s fairly stable unit that I may have needed to unplug and power cycle a couple times in about 6 years. Typical of modern electronics it seems. It’s pretty much the way Emotiva sent the unit. It looks like Emotiva is nearing completion of an upgraded model and they offer a trade in program to get a $2000 credit for trading this in. They haven’t published trade in requirements yet, but it “may” be possible for the new buyer to trade this in and get the $2000 credit. One could look at that as actually getting around a $400ish credit above this sale price towards a new model. I was holding on to this to do that and sell the new one, but I’d rather just move on now without the hassle and wait. I’ve already spent money on other things and am ready to move on from this processor.
