Radio tube (two triodes in one housing) – E88CC is a multifunctional device capable of amplifying a signal in two stages (preliminary and main) or generating pulses in a wide frequency range. It is used in receiving and transmitting devices and in various sound recording equipment. The double triode has a finger, glass design.Analogues are 6N23P and 6922 RCA. Basic technical characteristics• Nominal glow voltage: 5.7 – 6.9V.• Operating voltage of the anode: 130V.• Anode voltage when the lamp is turned on: 550V.• Real cathode current: 25mA.• Dissipated power on each anode: 1.8W.• Power dissipated by the control grid of each triode: 0.03W.

These are TESLA Vrchlabi (= A.G.Lorenz before nationalization) production tubes featuring 32 factory codes, yellow logos, grey shields between systems, and gold-plated pins. These are very high quality tubes! These have close 9/1971+12/1971 date codes! Both tubes are in very nice optical condition (with only some marks on the pins indicating previous handling/testing or use) and excellent electrical condition, tested as 100%+ (and matched within approx. 10%), with following results: Tube 1 (366): Ia1= 17.20 mA / Ia2 = 11.90 mA, S/gm1= 11.80 mA/V / S/gm2= 09.00 mA/V Tube 2 (371): Ia1= 15.40 mA / Ia2 = 12.10 mA, S/gm1= 09.80 mA/V / S/gm2= 08.00 mA/V ...where a new/unused tube should have S/gm around 7.50 mA/V, and emission approx. 11-12 mA.
