Das Gerät funktioniert einwandfrei und klingt absolut hervorragend, sämtliche Original Unterlagen im Dual-Umschlag liegen bei.Insgesamt nur marginalste Gebrauchsspuren, die Haube ist wunderschön, hochglänzend ( Original unpoliert) und absolut makellos. Selten schönes Spitzen- Gerät aus Nichtraucherhaushalt. Bruchsichere Verpackung mit abgenommenem Gegengewicht, Plattenteller und separat verpackter Haube sind für mich selbstverständlich, dennoch freue ich mich über Selbstabholer in 78112 St. Georgen.

Dual 701 Direct Drive Turntable acquired from the family of the original owner. This unit comes with a Shure V15 Type III Cartridge and Stylus. Unfortunately, it doesnt work. Plugged it in and nothing, no signs of life. Turntable is complete with dust cover, 45 adapter. Dust cover has some scratches and brush marks but no cracks. Turntable looks to be in good condition. Please feel free to message me with any questions about this unit, here is what I know This is an estate find from a family that traveled with the military and this unit most likely was brought to the USA in the mid 80’s when they returned. The estate has been used only a few times a year for the last 30ish years so I know this unit has not had much use in the time. It is very clean, one small flaw on edge of cabinet (in photos) the dust cover is very clean with no cracks and very very few scratches. I have not heard this unit play, but the turntable does turn, the arm will move up and down with the switch. All knobs and switches move freely. There is no noise coming from the drive system. The only issue I can see and it may just be from my lack of knowledge with the machine, the stop switch doesn’t stop the turntable as I would expect it to. I am selling this as a parts unit but I fully expect this to be a working unit with at most some regular maintenance/cleaning that a unit this age would need. Please see photos for condition.
