DBX Model 128 - Dynamic Range Enhancer See official description below - after my brief description. Not tested - as in did work before being shipped to Switzerland (from USA). Was my uncles but passed away before all shipped belongings were opened and set up. Some of the other hi-fi equipment had come back to the UK, unfortunately not this given have no use for it in my set-up. Therefore, there are no speakers to test this, though it does turn on using a step down/ up voltage convertor. It has a USA plug. It does not have a voltage switch and would require the convertor to work in Europe or be altered. He was the sole owner of this and was very good and passionate about his electronic, mechanical and photographic items - maintaining them and keeping them in good condition. Overall condition, I think, for a 40+ year old item is pretty good. Some minor scuffs and scratches on the outside - the wood and the metal, but not bad at all (see pictures). Front and dials are excellent. Fantastic looking piece of vintage kit and if I had the set-up to go with it and the means to get it to the UK, might have contemplated keeping it.
