Tape cleaner is in good condition and is tested and working. Housing has some minor scuffs and scratches that I try to capture in pictures. I was able to run a VHS in FF and REW without issues. Occasionally you when you press the start button you might need to press it again or press it a little hard as it needs to mechanically engage. I do not have the original power cord and I tested the unit with 4x C batteries which are not included. Battery terminals are clean. Please see pictures for a better idea of condition.
