When initially powered on, the fans spin loudly for a second or two, then stop. In addition, a yellow light, and two green lights flash on the front of the unit, in unison with a clicking sound. The click appears to originate from the fans. No further testing has been done, as I don’t have the equipment to test. Cosmetically, item is in acceptable/fair condition, with signs of wear.
