This speaker series from Boston Acoustics is highly sought after because of their exceptional audio performance and great looks. the tweeter utilizes what they call AMD, or Amplitude Modulating Design. It uses a specially ventilated aluminum housing that acoustically tunes the diaphragm to its resonant frequency. Some Lynnfield speakers use this too. It keeps on axis response very linear in all directions without a traditional crossover. Its a great trio of speakers for home theater or gaming. These 3 look great with only minor blemishes as seen in pictures.
