Sounds good with any speaker. You dont necessarily have to have Bose 901s to use it. The equalizer does have signs of wear and use including scuffs and scratches throughout. There are some on the face plate and also a lot on the bottom side. You will receive the equalizer only, no other speakers or equipment is included. All my pictures are of the actual item or items. Equalizer looks very good on outside, as well as inside. Ive had cover off, and I couldnt find anything that had come disconnected, and nothing looks burned up. Had it hooked up to series II speakers - it may change bass tone a little, but Im honestly not sure. Red light does not come on when plugged in. Missing treble knob. Excellent candidate for rebuild.
