Matching pair of Bose 601 series III speakers in nice condition. The surrounds are good and they sound great. One dust cover is pushed in (pictured) but does not affect sound. The cabinets are decent but not perfect (see photos). They come with original boxes which are in good condition but were always stored offsite and they do show some condition issues. The speakers are also very close in serial number range which shows that they have been together since new. I will ship these to anywhere in the 48 states at buyers expense or through the Ebay Global Shipping Option. In person pickup is also welcomed in the Sacramento California area at any time. The woofers need reforming. The tweeters are not not damaged. Cosmetically, the cabinets show some normal wear given their age. The right cabinet has two small chips in the veneer on the bottom edge and corner. The finish has a few dark spots, they cabinets do not appear water damaged, the discoloration on the side veneer in spots may be from normal aging and cleaning over the years. The metal trim in the front is solid, but the finish appears smudged and could use a refinish.

Vintage Bose Direct/Reflecting Floor Speakers (pair) - Model 601 Series II - 1981 - 29 H x 14 W x 13 D - Condition: minor wear commensurate with age and use (e.g., some color fading to the cloth grille, minor chips to the veneer on the front corner of one speaker). These speakers are UNTESTED/AS IS and have not been serviced recently. The woofers on top will need new foam. Please thoroughly review all photos to fully evaluate condition. These Bose 601’s sound amazing. These are in EX condition, as there are only a few blemishes. Downsizing else would keep. I have rarely seen better listed anywhere! I took both mesh covers off one speaker for photos; on the other speaker I took off top cover only. I do not want to remove the large cover on one speaker as it was a bit loose and I added a couple nails to better secure it. The woofer on that speaker is in excellent condition should u decide to remove the cover again (carefully by removing added nails first). USA Lower 48 Sales only. I put a lot of effort into packing these up for safe transport. The only way they will arrive damaged is if UPS or FEDEX seriously abuses them in transit. Ship cost reflects actual shipping dollars, insurance, and lots of packing materials. Boxed and ready to ship same or next business day. THESE are NOT your average condition Bose 601s. It is almost as if they were stored and rarely used. They are near pristine (excellent)! Considering reasonable offers.
