It powered up fine and it played some different slot DVDs (1,2,101-please see 1st, 2nd & 3rd pictures for details). Once it loads the disc and displays the selections, play button does not activate the selected option, square/stop button needs to be pushed and then play button to watch the selected option. Its dial does not work for forward/reverse, just changes the discs. Unfortunately, I do not have a remote controller for this unit and pictured TV & DVDs are not included. Not sure if it has the correct remote, when I hit play on the remote or the player, nothing seemed to happen and then I got out my universal remote and hit play, and it played the disc. These may be collectible, I have seen them sell for like $2000. It does have blemishes on the front and the top. Hello Ebay, Up for sale is a Sony BDP-CX960, Blu-Ray/DVD/CD 400-Disc changer Remote Works GREAT This is my personal unit, I dont use it much anymore. Never gave me a issue. Works great. Has odd scuff.

This Blu-ray player is in nice overall physical condition. Everything works great such as the door opening smooth, carousel spinning smoothly, disc pickup mechanism, etc. The unit does play regular DVD’s however it doesn’t seem to want to read Blu-ray Discs. It says Invalid. The laser makes a slightl noise when trying to read but that may be fixed by someone with knowledge. The unit is updated to the latest software version. It does not come with a remote however I was able to program a universal remote to check the functions. There is some tape? On the top of unit as seen in pictures which may or may not come off. This would make a nice player once fixed properly.
