It is in Excellent cosmetic condition with no visible dings or scratches on the front, sides, and top. I have never had a CD not play properly. The player was upgraded by Ayre to a 7e and was checked out at the time. I removed the original narrow, hard plastic feet and am including 4 - sorbathane feet that I used with it. I never used the remote, but it has some accumulated dirt. The player will ship in the original Ayre box, but I have substituted museum ethafoam packaging material for the flimsy cardboard supports originally supplied by Ayre. I have 100% rating on eBay for the sales and purchases of my film and photography equipment. I get excellent reviews for my packaging. The Ayre 7e was rated class A by Stereophile, and it has received many excellent reviews.
