Selling my Ayre K1xe preamplifier with phono stage and remote. This is an outstanding preamplifier which I used in my demo room to showcase my Grand Aspen Speakers. The phono stage comes with a pack of resistors so you can adjust the gain to match your cartridge. I currently have the phono stage set for my Dynavector XV I moving coil cartridge. I would have rated this an 8 out of 10 but there are some scuff marks on the external power supply which you can see in the photos so that is why the rating is a 7. The amplifier will be safely packed in a foam lined audio box and the external power supply will be packed with the remote and power cord in a separate box. Ayer Evolution Amplifier from my late uncle. Tested to power on and buttons all work, but otherwise I do not have the equipment to test beyond this point. Ships with original box that indicates this is the upgraded e version (with matching serial number on box). Includes a power cable, and a remote control. Note that the control may not be for this device, as most buttons do not function (power buttons do not power the unit on/off, but the up/down can increase the counter on the screen, and some menu buttons work).
