Up for auction are five vintage new old stock, unused and sealed TDK-MAXG90 metal position blank audio cassettes with original box and foam insert. This five pack is the older version of the legendary MA-XG metal audiophile cassette series, with the metal frame (magnesium?) and transparent plastic (polycarbonate?) shell. The cassettes are brand new but there is a very slight, barely noticeable variation with the white printing on the shrink wrap of the cassettes. Please reference the close-up photos. And there is an adhesive tape mark on the front of the box. The box has some wear on it. These cassettes were made in Japan. The shipping price may seem high, but it will include insurance and delivery confirmation. Sorry, no international buyers or shipping. Please see pictures! This is fully tested, and it sounds great! The disc drive opens up smoothly, it plays the CD without a hitch or without any issues. The remote is a little worse for wear, it has some corrosion in the battery compartment, but I was able to clean it out enough to where it still works as it should. It is missing its battery cover. This will of course be packed extremely well to ensure a safe delivery to its new home, but additional insurance will be added to the package, at no extra cost to the buyer of course.
