Quick Overview:Im selling off my Linn home theater speakers, including this fantastic center channel. This speaker is the best quality center Ive ever owned and I believe this would outperform anything on the new market for less than $1000. My Experience:I purchased this Linn EKWAL along with a pair of Linn AV 5140 from the original owner who was downsizing. These speakers have been fantastic for me over the past few years. The EKWAL is able to positioned horizontally and used as a center channel, or positioned vertically as main left and right channels. In a home theater, the vast majority of sound is sent through the center channel speaker. Naturally, this makes the center the most important speaker in the system. I was never let down with this center channel in my countless hours of listening. I would regularly watch movies and play games with the sound peaking above 105dB. The EKWAL never struggled to maintain clarity in those very loud scenes. This speaker will meet and then exceed all expectations! Condition Description:Cosmetically, this speaker is great for its age (over 20 years old). The cabinets have genuine wood veneers finished in black ash.
