The amplifier while being super slimline is actually very highly rated and having tested it…can really punch the sound out. I tested this with a CD player and a pair of high quality speakers and it sounded superb. The amplifier has been well looked after with only a few marks here and there but has at some point ended up with a dent at the back, nothing visual if you are using this in a stack. Condition report: This tuner is in good condition, but not exceptional... there are one or two marks here and there which we have tried to highlight in the pictures. Generally, though, it looks good. In use: We have powered and tested this unit and it is picking up stations well and working as it should. Summary: A good Audiolab FM tuner. I must stress, that I have not serviced this item, just described its current cosmetic and operational condition as honestly as I can.
