This listing is for an Audio Research LS-7 Stereo Line Preamplifier. I inhertied this unit from a family member who was an audiophile. I know next to nothing about this kind of equipment and have no idea if it works or not. I plugged it in and it turned on and the green front panel light came on. It has been in storage for sometime and may need repair or adjustment to be in good operating condition. Cosmetically it looks good and the internals look good and unfooled around with. I have no idea what this unit is supposed to do when connected in a system and with that in mind is being sold as is with no warranty. EBay suggests this item has a median sales figure of around $1400, I have priced much lower than that as I am unsure of condition and have no means to test it. I do know the original owner loved this stuff and bought everything he owned brand new, not second hand.
