Die Konsequenzen aus dieser Bestimmung stehen in keiner vernünftigen Relation zum erzielten Kaufpreis und sind von Privatpersonen wohl kaum sicherzustellen. Dieser Disclaimer dient nur zur rechtlichen Absicherung. Widerrufs- und Rückgaberecht bei Fernabsatzverträgen nach BGB § 12d / § 355 Pkt. 5 (§ 156) und sonstigen Texten des BGB findet keine Anwendung. Mit Abgabe eines Gebotes erklärt sich der Bieter hiermit ausdrücklich einverstanden.
