The tubes I purchased were mostly direct heated triodes ( DHT ) and high transconductance noval. Over time I have kept only the most linear tubes and matched them. In the coming weeks a part of my collection will be on sale (among these DHTs such as UX201A, CX301A, 171A, 112A, CV1660, 3A/110A, AC/P4, 801A, 10Y, 801 RCA ceramic base, RE604 TFK globe, RE084, RE134, D3A Siemens, etc )If you need information on the interpretation of the curves or enlargements of specific areas, just ask.It should be noted that Sofias software makes an error when measuring direct heated tubes.The cathode reference point is lifted up by half of the heater voltage; so, for example, when the filament is fed at 4 volts, all curves are actually measured at 2 volts less than nominal. The curve you see at -40 volts is actually at -42 volts. Konvolut 2x Valvo Röhre Ed. Die Röhren stammen aus der Auflösung einer größeren Funker-Sammlung. Jeweils gebrauchter Zustand, bei beiden Röhren wurde der Sockel nachgeklebt. Durch lose Reste des alten Klebers darin klimpern die Röhren nun etwas. Zudem haben die Röhren jeweils im Glas des Sockelbereichs innen einen leicht milchigen Belag. Dies ist aber nicht zu verwechseln mit einem aufgelösten Getterspiegel, dieser befindet sich nämlich hier jeweils gegenüber. Ich denke der Belag kommt von der längeren Nutzung. Wenn man Bilder bei Google studiert, haben manche EDs diesen Belag, auch bei diversen AD1 kann man ihn etwas erkennen. Die Röhren wurden beide auf einem Funke W19 geprüft. Auch wenn die Werte nur im Bereich ? bis Anfang gut sind, scheint das für die ED normal zu sein. Siehe hierzu diverse EDs die hier eingestellt und auch verkauft wurden, alle wurden so um die 50mA gemessen. Beim Funke W19 beginnt gut bei 50mA, ? beginnt bei 36mA Die Messwerte: Röhre 1: (auf den Fotos links)Emission 48mASteuerwirkung (-2V) 43mAVacuumtest 38mA Röhre 2:Emission 51mASteuerwirkung 43mAVacuumtest 40mA Diese Werte, einschließlich Steuerwirkung und Vacuumtest decken sich auch mit einer Probeprüfung einer ungebrauchten Siemens Ed, die sich in meiner Sammlung befindet.
