When I received this it had hum in both channels, after changing out the electrolytics in the power supply and line amp sections it eliminated the hum and became quiet. Shortly after that the power switch started to crackle when I had a power amp connected to the switched outlet, so I replaced the power switch with a high current rocker type. I stopped using the preamp about a year ago, when I fired it up today everything seemed to still work fine. A few of the RCA jacks seem to grip the RCA plugs a little too tight, Im afraid its going to damage my RCA cords when removing them. Also the input selector switch seems to have more drag (friction) when you turn it but it seems to switch inputs just fine, thats about all the issues I noticed when playing around with it today. I did not give it an exhaustive checkout so its possible it could have other issues but nothing I noticed during my 30-45 min testing. Old piece, sold asis / no returns but priced accordingly because it still seems to work fine. Will be shipped via FedEx ground, please allow up to 3 days for packing/transport to the FedEx terminal.

Both units are in good physical condition overall. Selling this pair as parts or repair only because they are not fully tested. Both units receive power. Tuner buttons respond when pressed and I was able to save a few channels. Full functionality is unknown. Please reach out with any questions before making a purchase. Thanks!
