Nice Philips GA-212 Electronic Stereo Turntable in working condition, play tested. Looks and sounds great. Plays only at 33RPM (The 45rpm speed doesnt work). All 3 buttons work but dont light up. Both the 33 and 45 buttons select the same 33rpm speed. The wood cabinet is in lovely condition with no blemishes except near the front nameplate (see pix). The tonearm rest is not original but works fine. The Plexiglas dust cover is in great shape with no cracks or scratches or scuffs. There is a small abrasion at the top rear edge just visible on the pictures. The dust cover hinges work perfectly and it stays up using the supplied prop. New correct belt installed. Equipped with Realistic R47-EDT Cartridge (same as Shure M75D) along with Shure-branded 5x stylus installed that shows little or no wear. Tracks nicely at 1.5 grams. I have tested the turntable playing records and it tracks and plays perfectly. This 212 is set up as is to work perfectly as a manual turntable witn nothing more required. Will be partially disassembled for shipping with the platter, dust cover, counterweight and cartridge sled removed and packed separately for safety. Reassembly is not difficult but may require some experience.
