Welcome to my listing for my beautiful Pioneer PD-S707 CD player. This stunning looking player is in excellent condition throughout. This model incorporates the latest iteration of Pioneers Stable Platter Mechanism, so even as a transport alone, this unit is world class, performing alongside such names as Wadia and other esoteric high end audio brands. This is a truly fantastic sounding unit, very dynamic and expansive sounding, with a deep soundstage and never harsh. The smooth vivid presentation of sound that this Pioneer player produces is immediately apparent from the moment you press play. The sound quality is almost analogue like. This player punches well above its weight in refinement. The sound quality this produces is second to none. The headphone output is also of excellent quality and drives my Quad planar headphones with authority and ease. This CD player is solid as a rock and all functions work perfectly. It reads and navigates discs quickly and very quietly. There are a couple of very light nicks from use and a few light scratches on the top panel but nothing major. This is a truly stunning CD player. You wont be disappointed with the build quality or sound quality of this unit.
