Shure M91ED MM Turntable Cartridge Ships as shown. Includes 3 styli (or styluses if you prefer). I just replaced my old Dual turntable (that was fitted with this cartridge) with something newer. I no longer need this one, so time to move it along to a new home. Cartridge sounds excellent. If youre after a warm sound, this may be the cart for you. Not the most accurate tracker in the world but very forgiving of record surface noise and wear. Also an excellent pairing to a stacker type turntable. I personally only used it as a single play. I mainly played older LPs on this cart and played newer ones on my Thorens that was fitted with a Shure M97X (also for sale - see our eBay store by clicking the link below if youre looking for something higher end) Includes two Hi-Track original styli and one LP Gear Upgrade. The cartridge was used on my secondary turntable and didnt get as much use as my main Thorens, but I always changed out the styli on both of my turntables at the same time. About every 6 to 9 months or so. I prefer to change my styli too soon rather than too late so all three of them were sounding fine when changed. Stylus number N91VL for the LP Gear upgrade Vivid Line Contact Diamond. That stylus alone was $118.00 new from LP Gear and is still available. A less expensive stylus is also currently available. Lenco turntable L133,w/ dust cover, extra head shell and Shure M91ED cartridge The turntable was purchased in 1995. It came with an Audio Technica diamond stylus and stereo cartridge. I wanted a better cartridge so I purchased a Shure M 91ED cartridge and obtained another Lenco tonearm head shell. I used the Shure cartridge and not the Audio Technica cartridge. This turntable has not been used since 2002. It has been stored under my bed for over 20 years. It is a belt drive turntable and plays at 33&1/3 rpm speed and 45 rpm speed. The turntable comes with both stereo cartridges, both tonearm head shells, a hinged dust cover, power cord and connection cables and the owners booklet. This cartridge was removed from a Realistic Lab 300 which is currently listed on Ebay. The styluss cantilever was bent slightly. All it needs to be fully functional is a new stylus which can be purchased on Ebay for $18 to $28. Although it was made for Realistic , it is a Shure (see picture) M91ED cartridge.
