This is basically a brand new Analogis stylus. I bought it in January, and only used it a handful of times, until I realized that the cart was off balance. This is a Dual TK14/24 Headshell with a Shure M91ED Cartridge that does a not have a needle. The Headshell is in good shape with no serious damage but is missing the small cover over the connector to the tonearm. The cartridge looks to be in great shape as well other than the aforementioned missing needle.

The cartridge was “checked” with an Ohmmeter & the results are posted in two of the photos. The readings are very close & have a difference of less than 0.4%. The included stylus is a new, EVG “replacement” for the N91ED “Hi-Track”. The stylus has a .3 x .7 mil elliptical tip & the tracking force is approximately ¾ ~ 1½ grams. Also included is a set of mounting hardware. Since the cartridge was “checked” with an Ohmmeter, the stylus is new, & this combination has been visually checked, there are NO returns or refunds. This is the 105th M91ED I have posted on eBay & I have sold over 1220 moving margent cartridges. All of the cartridge/stylus combinations I sell are sold AS IS - in working condition. I do not offer ANY type of refund, exchange, or return on these cartridge/stylus combinations. If you have an issue with sibilance, it probably means that the cartridge/stylus is not a good match for your tonearm. Not that there is anything defective with this cartridge or stylus. Note: The cantilever (the thin silver tube which the stylus tip is mounted to) is the fragile part of the stylus assembly. The stylus needs to be handled carefully. If the buyer breaks or bends the cantilever when un-packaging, inserting the stylus assembly into the cartridge, or handling the cartridge once the stylus is mounted, I will not be held responsible. A very attractive little American made Shure/ Realisic R1000E (M91ED) cartridge. Headshell mounted, aligned and tested. Multimeter tested at 623/623 ohms per channel. The R1000E is the same generator and body as the venerable Shure M91ED rebadged for Realistic. The red and black color scheme is very cool and displays well. It is mounted on a New black aluminum alloy Japanese Nagaoka style headshell with gold lead wires. The bonus here is a EVG nude 0.2x0.7 diamond elliptical stylus that has 15 minutes on it for testing only. The stylus sounds fantastic and is a coin flip between my OEM Shure M91 ED styli.
