The Zen Triode SE84UFO amplifier is Decwares flagship amplifier. This one is new, with only 10 hours play time. Its the latest 25th anniversary edition with level 2 upgrades (boutique copper-foil signal capacitors). Youre probably familiar with the great reviews from people such as Steve Guttenberg and Andrew Robinson. The Zen at 2.3 watts per channel needs pairing with efficient speakers —sounds incredible with my Forte II speakers. Great soundstage, separation, tone and surprisingly good bass performance. Selling bc I already own 8 amplifiers and have decided to build my own going on. I waited nearly 2 years for the build and currently the Decware wait list has grown to over 2 years— there’s an expected price increase coming sometime this summer. When vinyl was the standard for audio recording the phono stage was built-in to receivers and amps allowing direct connection of a turntable. These days most receivers and amps do not contain a phono stage so a separate unit is needed. It is a necessity for any turntable without a phono stage already built-in.
