This is a Yaqin MC-13S EL-34 tube integrated amplifier in excellent functional and cosmetic condition with one minor flaw, the flaw being that the ground sleeve for the right channel of the 2nd pair of RCA input jacks is missing, making the 2nd input pair unusable. The other three pairs of RCA inputs are fine. It is priced accordingly. All tubes were upgraded to Mullards. The right and left channel outputs can be either 4 or 8 ohms and I have used this amp with 4 and 6 ohm speakers without issue. This is a great sounding and positively reviewed amplifier, being sold only because we are downsizing from a large multi-level house to a much smaller, 1-level condo, so I must reduce the current number of audio systems by about half. This is a Yaqin MC-100B 10-tube, dual-mono design, KT-88 integrated amplifier in excellent functional and cosmetic condition. All tubes have been upgraded and are functioning well. The front row preamp tubes are two JJ ECC83Ss. The middle row preamp tubes are four Tung-Sol 6SN7-GTBs. The back row output tubes are four PSVANE (HiFi series) KT88s, which have low hours. Included as an extra will be a set of four matched, tested, and unused new-old-stock NEVZ 6N8S preamp tubes. Note that with this tube complement, the sound from this is not tubey and mellow, it is detailed and full. I found that this amp worked best with a pair of Monitor Audio Silver 8 floorstanders (3-way, 4 ohm, 90 db), for reference purposes. My audiophile neighbor loved that combinations sound better than anything I had in the house. Currently, it is configured with a pair of Philharmonic Audio AAMs in a small office, and that is a very good sounding combination, as well. Obviously, the sound profile can be tailored to ones preference with some tube rolling, if desired. All original packing materials (double box, Styrofoam inserts), the owners manual, the bias adjustment tool, and the standard power cord are included. This is a very solid, heavy amplifier, about 67 lb. boxed. (I am selling it because we are downsizing from large multi-level house to much smaller one-level condo, hence I must downsize number and size of systems by half, starting with the largest amp.) Beautiful condition. New JJ EL34 power tubes. Tubes have less than 20 hours. The integrated amplifier comes with a custom tube guards. I saw a picture of another amplifier with metal guards and I decided to make my own. They were laser cut and made out of stainless steel. The original screws will be included. I do not use them because sometimes I like to remove the guards so I can see the tubes glow... Dead quiet. Zero hum. It will be doubled box and packaged with a foam machine. The Yaqin logo was green and too bright for my taste and I applied a coat of purple nailpolish and now it looks blue and is not too bright. I have the original blue tubes that came with this amp. One of them went out and I ordered a replacement from the factory but it came a little darker and I decided to replace all four since they said I had bought the last tube they had. ( See screenshot Yaqin factory) I also replaced the (2) 12AX7 The volume pot had a crack and the knob was a little loose and I added JB weld to fill the gap.
