A 1.3kg arm base made of lead alloy die-cast is used to firmly fix the base of the arm, preventing harmful unwanted vibrations and reducing adverse effects on playback sound. The arm uses a torsion-resistant light alloy pipe filled with special filler material to suppress the resonance of the pipe itself. Additionally, the main shaft of the rotating bearing part and the weight shaft with a weight for applying needle pressure are connected via rubber dampers. The bearing case of the shaft and the main shaft are also connected via rubber dampers.
