Tested and working comes with power cord. It is used but in good condition.

Tuner has been tested and is in good working order. There are some scuffs on the top. There is a mod sticker on the back. I do not know if or what work was done. Will be well packed & shipped Fedex in lower 48 states only. Look at the pictures and feel free to ask any questions.
