This is a Yamaha CR-620 Natural Sound Stereo receiver that is in excellent shape. I went through this pretty extensively, cleaning all of the knobs and metal, dusting out the inside, cleaning all of the pots with contact cleaner (deoxit), replacing the lamps with longer lasting (and really cool aesthetically) LED lights and a general deep clean. All in all, everything is working great. The AM/FM radio works great with the antenna working as it should. I had a record player hooked up to it and it sounded great. I really cant find any faults with it after going through it. Here we have a Rare Silver Faced Yamaha K-65 Natural Sound Stereo Dual Cassette Deck This has been serviced with the following. Capacitors on the main power board and each deck have been replaced with original OEM ones. All other caps checked and tested. Cassette heads have been cleaned and aligned. PLEASE NOTE : This was done some 6 months ago along with belt changes. The only belt not changed was the one for the counter as it was a royal pain in the rear end, and for the life of me could not get it to stay on.So the only thing that does not work is the counter. Other than that it works and records well. The case, and it is how I got it, has been re-painted at some point as I am sure it was silver ish originally. But this is how I got it. Please see pictures as this does have the odd scratch here and there, but probably no where near as bad as it would have been originally.
