This auction is for a Yamaha CR-1020 Natural Sound Stereo Receiver (04489). This was tested and works. But, the phono inputs are very loud and sound scratchy. The Aux and Tape inputs worked correctly. The other knobs and buttons were checked and worked. The left two meters worked. The SP Out meter did not move. The record functions were not checked and may not work. There are some small nicks and a light scratch in the wood. Please look at the pictures. Shipping is listed above.

Yamaha Natural Sound Stereo Receiver CR-1020. High powered, great sounding, built-like-a-tank vintage 70s stereo receiver from Yamaha. These are highly sought after and when minty can fetch over $1K. This one here sounds great but has some issues. Aesthetically - some small chipping and overall wear to wood, edges of metal face plate a bit rough on close inspection - pictures tell the story. On the tech side - the tuner only seems to work sporadically and the antenna is loose, bulbs need to be replaced. A mighty 70 watts per channel, 2 phono, 2 tape, 1 aux, and A,B, C speakers.
