I have no way to test this I would love to test it for the buyer and me to get more value out of it. But I dont have the cables to test it. It turns on and lights up. The lights go up and down but some seems to dim or turn off if I press on and off I dont know why. But Im selling as is no returns. USED TURNS ON LIGHTS Up but has that rust and some buttons lights are gone.
