RELISTED DUE TO NON PAYING TIMEWASTER Yamaha CDX-1200 CD Player This was bought to me for repair fitted with a standard 13 amp plug. It is for the Japanese market and marked 100V so when tested the mains transformer primary reads open circuit. The power board has a couple of resistors showing they have overheated. That is as far as I went. I think the fact that all the secondary supplies are regulated means that it may have survived as there is no sign of overheating on the main PCBs, also I would think the laser is OK and this is just a case of some moron plugging it into 220V !! The cosmetic condition is OK but one of the side cheeks has a piece of veneer missing see pictures.The pictures form part of the description please study them carefully. It weighs in at over 12Kg These have some good write ups when I checked online and are well sought after.
