This is a Yamaha CA-410 II Stereo Natural Sound Integrated Amplifier that has been tested and found to need some work or parted out. It currently turns on, but the sound output is not working. Yamaha CA-410 II Stereo Natural Sound Integrated Amplifier - Tested - Needs Work This unit has been partially tested and is being sold as is, for parts or repair ONLY. When we tested this unit most functions worked. We tested the volume, balance, loudness, input selector, treble, bass, headphone out and speakers A & B. Upon tested those everything worked, however, the audio was scratchy. Its particularly scratchy when adjusting the balance and loudness, otherwise the functions seem to work. Also, the dial lights dont illuminate. Due to these issues were selling this for parts/repair only as this will require some service to be fully functional. Cosmetically this unit is in rather rough condition. Firstly, it is missing all 4 case screws so the case sits loosely on the unit. There are also some areas of rust on the unit so it was likely exposed to moisture at some time. The interior is rather dusty and will need a proper cleaning. There are some scuffs/scratches throughout the housing as well. Otherwise, please view all the photos, the included video and inspect for yourself to get a proper idea on the current condition. Tuner, Phono, and Sux inputs have been tested and sound great. I do not have a cassette deck to check the tape functions. I am selling this amp at a reduced starting price because the Balance does not work properly. When set in the middle there is balanced and equal sound out of both channels. The sound does not change the way it should when the balance knob is turned. This is not a problem if you plan on using this amplifier in the balanced condition of equal sound out of both channels.
